Do you offer delivery and how quickly do you dispatch orders?
Yes, we offer delivery within Melbourne metro area (45km). For orders outside this area, please contact us at info@plantbasedtreats.com.au directly to discuss all delivery orders. The typical time for dispatch of orders is 3 business days.
Are all your products plant-based & gluten-free?
We take pride in delivering treats that are fresh and delicious. Our treats have a shelf life of approximately one to two weeks when stored properly in a cool and dry place. For optimal taste and texture, we recommend consuming them within this timeframe. You can also refrigerate our treats to extend their freshness.
Do you use organic or natural ingredients?
We prioritise high-quality, natural ingredients and use organic ingredients whenever possible.
Can I place a custom order for special occasions?
Absolutely! We love to be a part of your special moments. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, or corporate event, we can work with you to create custom orders that suit your specific needs. All our products are manufactured in Victoria and shipped daily from our kitchen.
